Roe v. Wade for Men?!

The folks over at the Fumare Blog have an interesting post about a suit going through Michigan law courts right now claiming that men aren't having their "right not to procreate" respected (which they say violates the Constitution's equal protection clause).

The cute thing is that one of the law students over at Ave Maria School of Law predicted that this was the next logical step for the pro-choice mentality a couple years ago. Well, it looks like the liberals finally thought of it.
